2.The pool of talent from other countries of European Union will have to leave Britain and the talent wanting will impact the revenues. There is a huge gap of skilled labor on UK and it will take time to fill this gap.

3.3.5 million Brits are employed either directly or indirectly due to trade with the EU. This is 10% of the British workforce. This would certainly affect unemployment, growth & even crime rates in the EU.

4.The UK has an ageing population. Like it or not they need the immigrant workforce to keep the economy going. Brexit will quite likely push a majority of this workforce out of the country.

We're not kicking people out though. People here keep trying to stir up fears about this, when the government already agreed that if you've already been living here, then you can stay.
Granted, people that are not already here will have a harder time entering, but, like in Germany, most of those from the EU that wanted to work in Britain aren't exactly "highly skilled". Which ultimately will probably increase wages since people aren't willing to work for such little.

Also worth noting that the government will probably try to bring in more temporary skilled labour from outside the EU, which won't be popular but could solve the issue temporarily.
