"Warrior culture" doesn't mean "camaraderie and unique inside culture", it means "culture of glorifying violence and war". When the military starts doing this, you get stuff like the decapitation contest in Nanjing during WWII and such, where the violence becomes the focus instead of the actual objectives they are there to accomplish. Chechen's, some of the coldest and most violent people on the planet and reported to be the main driving force behind ISIS' reputation for brutality, is a prime example of a warrior culture.
