Don't ask any questions you brainlet

How many niggers work here

Show some interest in the position by asking questions about responsibilities

But usually people say this

Depends on the position

Retail is p straight forward, be a yesman at the start

higher up the ladder, they will ask you for questions, to see where your head is at

Keep in mind part of the interview is the team meeting you and learning about you. The other part of the interview is you meeting the team and learning about the job. Take this as an opportunity to better understand the job. Are there any red flags? How do they handle problems? What is their culture like? Anything you need to know.

Do NOT ask about vacations/health insurance / compensation at all until you have an offer in hand. Do NOT give out desired compensation either. Only negotiate once you are selected.

It's only a fast good joint

Ask them what they're unhappy with about the compnay or what a bad day on the job is like. Literally everyone has bad days on the job and it makes you seem like you're actually interested in the company.

Just act like a person who's actually interested in the job, basically.

"how about you and I go grab a coffee later?"

so you're completely uninterested in anything about the restaurant???

>How are shifts selected?
>What areas are the biggest pain in the butt?
>What systems do you have in place to deal with problem customers? Is the restaurant neighborhood safe?
>Do you need extra help in a particular area?
etc

What should I wear?

I don't want to pester them. How many questions is too much?

As many as you want.

You don't need to ask anything to be a McDonald's cashier, user.

But they interview like 100 people; how do I make sure they pick me?

But you should never accept a job blindly ...
You ask questions to inform yourself, not to make yourself look good

"Based on everything we spoke about today, do you have any concerns about my ability to perform in this job?"
You'll know right then if you got the job. Also keep in mind you are there to interview them, to see if you want to work there, don't forget that.

>to see if you want to work there
But I already know I do

It's fucking McDonalds; I know what I'm getting into

Can I negotiate the salary?

No, it's minimum wage

>Minimum wage
You are overthinking this job then. All they care about is if you can show up to work and do the job sober.

lol, could you imagine

So why even interview me?

To see if you can show up to an interview sober and are competent enough to do the job.

>Do I need to speak spanish?

So why is the interview 15 minutes of talking then 15 minutes of showing me around?

I'm freaking out. The interview I think I can handle but I'm not sure about the on job evaluation

Well user you are fucked, have other people handle your finances, food, and health. You won't make it, you are dumb
