Taste wasnt so bad, i was just pissed off at how many fucking bones it had, definetly not worth 20min+ just to debone a rotten piece of fishe.

I always eat the small bones in fish to become strong

in canada they have a drink with amputated humans toes in it. wtf canada

Pick any particularly nasty cheese.

Though I heard Korea has literal shit wine. As in shit as a drink.

is this true? i have marfans syndrome and my gf makes me food with lots of bones in it to help me

Roy...

If you have Marfan's then I would recommend you either get some collagen powder and put it in a hot soup or just buy a collagen supplement. Also supplement with fish oil and take Vitamin D+vitamin K2

mmmm... cow's brain
delicious!

cool thanks. my gf makes me soup once a week loaded with bone marrow/meal stuffs so i am getting collagen/glucose, but the powder sounds like a good idea for more of a boost. since i started eating these soups i havnt torn my ribs tissues, which was happening every few months even from just trying to pull my shoes off, and it was literal hell. i should try the fish oils, i am allergic to seafood but im really not sure if it would hurt to take just oils.

mmmmm... ant's larvae
delicious!

That's great. How tall are you? Something that has been shown to increase collagen synthesis in medical studies is simple Vitamin C+ glycine and proline. An easy way to get that is to buy some cheap hydrolized collagen, like Great Lakes Collagen from Amazon in USA. Then you get some orange juice, mix the collagen powder in and dissolve it. Then you'll have a great and healthy supplement to your diet and you can get that daily dose of collagen in. You should really try it if you can afford it. It's fairly cheap. Good luck with your condition.

i am writing this stuff down, thanks alot fren, i am 6'2 and 140 lbs. with clothes on i dont look that strange but my arms are disproportionately long and my ribs/chest are deformed as hell, real insecure about taking my shirt off even at home lel x.x this condition has caused lots of problems i my life, i was injuring my ribs and knees so often that ive been dealing with opiate addictions on and off for the past decade but im lucky to have such a caring gf who supports my mental health enough for it to never get out of control. i feel bad that she has to worry about me so much.

Hey, you're just gonna have to own your body. I have been awake for almost 24 hours so I really need to go to bed but I just want to say I really think you should look into different ways of increasing collagen synthesis. Collagen supps, omega 3 supplementation, vitamin K2 and D3, maybe see a physiotherapist to get some basic home exercises to start strengthening your muscles to ease the load off your joints a bit. There's so much stuff out there that you can try and that works. Anyway, good luck and if I see you around on Jow Forums when I'm not sleep deprived I'll be sure to give you some cool links to recent studies. I recently wrote a paper on glycine supplementation and collagen synthesis at my university. Good night user.

some people here like to eat bull testicles

sea snails (wullocs), they're actually delicious

nothing like a bowl of sea snails with celery, onions and black pepper, and a high-fermented beer
