2. $100 per month as pocket money from parents, not including transportation and clothing costs.
once i graduate i'll get 2 days jobs one pays around $400 and the other around $800 at minimum
If you mean my allowance, I don't know. I have friends from families way poorer than mine and they get more or less the same.
If you mean how much I spend at uni, it's because I eat cheap street food and train tickets are super cheap when you're a student

its actually decent and with the recent shortage of workers ill be up to 700EUR which is more than decent in this part of the world
I live on my own as well and have additional 500eur every 2 months
I did contemplate working abroad like many here do to have nice pensions but the change would be too big for me and i dont want my kids to be foreigners when or if they come here

I spend around 400€ total per month (I own my apartment so don’t have to pay rent), so I can save around 1500€ per month. I plan to buy second apartment soon and start building up passive income.

how much are taxes in canada? I heard about 20% meanwhile germans have way more costs than you do, also living costs are way higher in germany
2100 - 2300 in EUR per month after tax, its different each month because i work different hours
This is my end goal, hopefully within two to three years.
1800€ post taxes (2350€ pre tax) monthly

What are taxes like in Czechia? I have 19% flat income tax rate + 130€/month social security payment (will rise to 300€ next year when my reduced social payment period runs out). I heard in Czech Republic taxes are even lower, must be great
I'm not sure, as strange as it sounds.
Income tax, social security and health insurance come out to ~28% for me.
Plus of course you pay VAT on all things you buy and extra tax on fuel, alcohol, etc.

1,745€ in NEETbux plus 195€ in housing subsidies.
I have 1,000€ left after all fixed expenses. I save €335 of this. I used to save more, but I don't invest my money, so my savings are being eroded by inflation. Besides, I'm covered by a cradle-to-the-grave welfare safety net and don't need to save for old age.
I understand, I guess you are employed and your employer handles those things. Here 95% of people who would make more than like €1500 work as self-employed contractors, including me. You pay much lower taxes that way.
pretty nice. If youre rich you can afford to move to america and then you dont have to worry about high taxes. its the perfect plan. move to canada when poor, then build up your capital and move to the usa

2. 82,000 USD per year
Yeah, I could probably instantly make 800€ more if I switched to being self employed, but I don't really want to deal with the lack of benefits and zero paid vacation days, etc.
I am self employed but have 26 paid vacation days, since that’s what I negotiated with my contractor. It’s the best part of self employment, you get to negotiate and work on your own terms.
earn about 160 a week working 7-8 hours
government just gave me 7 big ones for being a student away from my parents house as a 20 year old

the new world sounds like a dream to me. is it easy to move to canada with only a bachelors?
Hm, maybe I should pursue this.
I basically make 200 euro a month, literally a slave
At the end of the month i barely have anything left even with extreme saving up measures (local cheaper food, unpaid transportation, low use of energy which also gets cut several times because bo one eslse pays the bill and use it freely)
Thats what happen when your are a low skilled poor class person in a shithole
I dream to move out in Switz or Germany, whatever the job, at least i would get paid and save some good cash for home
Unfortunately, germans have gotten a lot more racist and dont want anyone in the country anymore

What do you do?
How can you even survive on that?
900-1100 €, but more probably unemployed
Yeah, but I heard Canadian employers prefer Canadian college graduates, something about Canadian work experience. 2 year technical college is really popular with immigrants, it augments their skills from their home country. This is long term, 100% sure you can find internships/short term contract with foreign bachelors
ow okay, i was already planning to attend a canadian college maybe in toronto. a business school. As i already have a diploma for business. Is it free?
$1100
I don't pay any taxes.
Nop, but colleges are very affordable even for international students
Well for one i dont care for rent, i still live with my parents and sometimes my father helps financially (this is normal here for albanians)
Im still in debt everywhere though, and the prices just keep rising up, literally food has the same price as germany
I either hope to find a better paying job, to go our even if illegally, or use connection beg the albanian party in power to give me a job, bit i have bad relationships with all of them
Why not work temporarly im Germany, or is that not enough money
They're not in the EU, so I imagine getting a work visa may be difficult.
My official wage is $153 after 13% taxes, but I do also get $814 "bonuses" every month, which are not subject to tax.
So it's $967 after taxes
