aesthetic

You have to like downtown city life.
It can be noisy.
Also don't go to apartment buildings with gypsy in it.

My little area is a bit older looking but pretty much the same.
It's comfy, quiet and very convenient.
Pic related is the inner yard.

this looks like the kind of place that is comfy from september to may, then the out-of-towners arrive

expensive heating bills

you might have cheap neighbours. this apartment is in a brick building from 1915 and we barely even turn on our heater all year

very cute actually
that's cute. but what do people there do for work? just curious.

Fint.
>utombordare på en snipa
Vad gudskelov?

You would think so but we don't get much tourists here actually. Sometimes Germans find their way here with their campers but not too often.
It's hot as heck right now and the town is pretty calm.
>what do people there do for work?
It's mixed. I'm a mechanic and brother is a carpenter.
Work here is usually pretty physical and old school.
But there's office work available as well.
And I'm pretty sure every single person who grew up here have worked in the Ica store at the centre of town.
Lite udda eller hur? Finns några såna här, en gubbe vid namn Frasse som tillverkar alla.

That sounds very comfy, friend.

glad to hear it, looks like a nice town. On a scandinavian scale, those couple of lakes you have there are absolutely immense

Yep those lakes are pretty grand.
I've been out on them in my little fishing boat and sometimes it feels like being on the ocean.

>kök and café

Means "kitchen and café".

hej Åland

Depends on the region. There are plenty

Wait, that's not Finish, i can understand it a little. I thought Åland is part of Finland. Pls explain.

Åland is part of Finland but most of the people living there speak Swedish.

they are autonomous, we dont care about them and they dont care about us

all*

Is it because it used to be Swedish or how come?

it has always been swedish, for some reason it belongs to finland

Probably hell like any urban area

Too much confusing history to write down.
It's always been Swedish, still somehow Finnish, there's been arguments about it bla bla.
