A lot of British people eat junk, but desu this is the country that imports basically everything from the world over, if you make the right choices you can eat better here than anywhere.
Also roast dinner and english breakfast are based, very nutrient dense meals. Britain went downhill went people moved from eggs, meat, kippers etc. for breakfast to cereal.
