Well, we like our eggs with sausages and chorizo or bacon. Of course low income people doesnt even take any breakfast at all. Meat is also for meal and dinner but can be eaten in the eraly morning.

i also like eggs with smoked bacon and chorizo and as a more local thing with lots of butter (or pig fat) fried onions and garlic under the eggs and paprika powder on top along black pepper and salt, but this as a breakfast makes me feel like tired or something during the day. i like to start with an empty stomach. it makes me feel more productive. i don't think my metabolism is suited for a heavy breakfast like that.

It goes well on a ryebread with cheese. Ryebread is tougher and dryer than regular white bread. Other veggies like tomatoes, paprika and salads are very common too. We often put cold cuts like pork, bovine and poultry on our bread too.
