this was around the time sunny made a habit of taking photos while shaking hands with senior individuals or people with nice job titles
he met this dude who is head of digital transformation for belgium or something and asked for the same thing, a handshake photo so venlets could overreact and pump the bags by the insinuation of a deal, but belgium chad rejected
instead sunny said "ok a fist bump", and this picture is the result
