No. You can do really expensive DNA tests that show the 'migration' and 'age' of your DNA, to get a definitive answer if you are truly 'white'. If the 'migration' shows a pattern moving from the middle east up into Europe, and if the 'age' of your DNA is approximately 7,000 years old - you are as 'white' as they come. Humans such as blacks, asians, etc. have been on earth for hundreds of thousands of years as tests have shown. 'White' people have the specific 'migration' and 'age' value of the DNA because it's traced back to Adam and Eve, which were the first 'whites'.
