Aeternity is a chink blockchain devealoping a decentralized oracles with a concensus mechanism. They should have their oracles complete already. Vechain claims to have an oracle solution but no data available yet. Iota claims to have an oracle solution but no data yet. There was one other big competitor to chainlink but their mainnet won't be out until 2020 according to the roadmap.

what I found: Mastercard has ties with a Company called Diebold Nixdorf (a german multi billion euro company) which is involved in a Project by the Fraunhofer Society which seems to build their supply chain project around (chainlink supported?) smart contracts.
Of course they don't name them but it all looks kinda familiar, it looks like Mastercard is already shilling how smart contracts gonna work to their partners who develop with this in mind.
