Imagine that you were able to give one financial advice to yourself when you were 18 years old. What would it be?

i am 18 now... any advice? preferably from anons that actually made it
>Hardmode: no "buy bitcoin"
Nah I'm going to to say this. Ask your parents to borrow some money, it is under $1.
learn basic coding and make minecraft
>make money by doing what you enjoy doing
>never go all in on anything, you need cash on hand for unexpected oppurtunities
>dont take on excessive debt unless its leveraging the money to make more money
>brush and floss daily
>dont stress too much, you wont make it out of life alive anyhow
>moisturize
all in blue chip stocks
don't go to college
use that money to start business instead
I wouldn't say I've made it but I'm in the 1% of people my age.
32 yrs old
Made YTD $367k, will finish above $500k +
My advice to you all. Don't always look for the paycheck. Everything you work for in life doesn't need to have a pay check attached to it.
Hard work pays off. Example, I worked 16.5 hrs on Friday, worked 13 hours on Saturday. I've taken 2 vacations in the last 10 years. Every year because of the industry I'm in I work 100+ days straight 12 hour days that's Monday thru Sunday no days off.
Invest in yourself all the time. Always be learning. Michael Jordan always had a coach or a mentor.
Also I'd be happy to answer any reasonable questions
what exactly do you do to make money?
>I've taken 2 vacations in the last 10 years
Thats sad
Can't you work less and make less?
buy link
Buy NXT and wait until 2018
Family/Kids?
Also, are you happy?
That was only 2 years ago for me. I’d say to spend all $10000 you have sitting in the bank on Bitcoin and to sell in January 2018. I could’ve had a house.
I'm very lucky . I love what I do every day. We have the ability to change people's lives daily. I am a partner in a financial planning firm. That I have managed since 2012.
When I first started I made $25k per year for two years but wasn't afraid to work 10 - 12 hour days.
I choose not to take vacation, because if I save now and build the team around me. Like I've have done. When I go to bed I'm still making money. When I'm 40, I can vacation for month and have $65k come in.
Wife , two kids boy (1) and girl (4)

I’d give myself winning powerball ticket numbers and superbowl scores for 2017 and 2018. Also Donald Trump is going to win, bet on him winning blue states like Pennslvania.
>"don't go to Jow Forums, and make sure to delete your normiebook account"
>"don't date until you're done with school"
just kys, it aint worth, your hopes and dreams will only get crashed again and again and it will hurt more and more every time as you get older
Everyone's definition of 'made it' is different.
Getting above average pay ($125k imo and depends on location) and up and still having a work life balance is making it.
LARPing this hard is not, but for the sake of argument let's assume it's legit
>half a mil$$$ a year
>can't take a vacation
>obviously doesn't run his own biz otherwise you wouldn't be trapped
>"b-but user, I'd only do it for a few years to set myself up"
>10 Y E A R S

Remember when you were 18 and tried to kill yourself? It didn't get better, kek.
Fuck more women and men. Get milsurp guns back when they were cheap.
I know it's against the rules but spend all the money you spent trying to drink yourself to death from 2011-13 on bitcoin and mine it with your shitty gpu.
