Thirdies i need some advice if i saved 150k usd and moved to your country could i be a neet for the rest of my life?
some posters were suggesting that 120k (deducting 30k for a property) would only last like 13 years, but i don't spend 10k usd a year here in the first world so i sure as shit wouldnt be spendign that much over there.
buy property in first world and rent it for easy neet income
Dylan Hill
Unforseen costs in the third world is a given, especially for someone who is used to the safety and guarantees of the first world
Justin Rodriguez
Come here and live in the rural states They're fucking cheap by my standard so if we go by your standards (and currency) they'd be dirt cheap
Nathan Wilson
150k is nothing lol
Samuel Wilson
where would you go? I'm thinking Sri Lanka would be comfy for an early retirement
Tyler Martin
You could but your quality of life would suffer if you really wanted it to last. Instead invest your money in property, rent it out, and use that rent to live.

>20-30k Euros for a small apartment in a some little town >300 Euros a month for non-fancy food, bills and occasional clothes and shoes, so around 3500-4000 Euros for one year Do the math. Also inflation will eat those moneys, those 100 Euros today would be values less in a decade.
Julian Diaz
I wouldn't recommend coming here since cost of living his high. I can't say for the rest of South America though. I hear Colombia is cheap to live though.
William Phillips
>though Learned that word yesterday?

Depends in where and how do you want to live.
For example 150 k USD in Mexico City with a almost high end life would work for 10~15 years (less if you buy a house because housing market in biggest mexicans cities is fucked up). In the other hand if you decide to relocate in a semi-urban or rural zone living a medium life you could probably live you entire life with that money even probably buy a little house and a good used car.
He could live here on 6k yearly but he'll live a really limited lifestyle. Peru is even cheaper than here. I'd suggest him to go there
Lincoln Torres
If you can make 50k pesos in interest you can get the neet lifestyle you want in the ph.
Logan Allen
With 150k you can't even buy one apartment here.
Jaxon Torres
How is any young person supposed to build a life there?
Jose Scott
by having a higher salary?
Jaxson Bailey
You rent an apartment for years until you saved enough to buy a home or an apartment. I'll probably never own an house since they're around a million. Maybe if the bank makes me a loan, but I need around 200k to ask it.
Angel Lewis
"Fuck young people" t. real estate, probably
Jace Walker
Loans and high salaries
Gabriel Bell
>but I need around 200k to ask it. is it so hard you sb who earns 100k CHF a year?
Caleb Price
No. You need 100k to buy a shitty one-room apartment in a commieblock.
Jack Reed
Probably but why the fuck would you? Reminder that all the comforts you take for granted are almost all missing in these shitholes. Look at my flag. I know what I'm talking about.
Jayden Gomez
It is the same in Buenos Aires
Luis Barnes
Well not everyone makes so much. It's not so difficult either you're right, even easier if you're married and your wife works.
Jackson Martin
to not work I suppose. Honestly sometimes I think about it too. All the stuff I own is useless if I'm always miserable. If I could live fishing and reading books all day I won't care about the rest.
Jason Ortiz
How much for rent?
Kayden Howard
>you for
Easton Price
Didn't ask me but here it is 200-250 usd depending on the area, for the same shitty +30 years old one room apartment
Julian Bell
>deducting 30k for a property Haha, I wish property were that cheap
Levi Sullivan
In Moscow it's 500$ for a one room apartment.
Carter Ortiz
How much do people earn in Moscow? Here it'll be 900$
Luis Sanders
150k usd wont last long here since you aren't eligible for any government payments as long as you have that money. Best Idea would be to buy some Appartment that is build on rented property where the point of reurn to the owner is roughly your death time. That way you can actually spend most of your money on yourself.
Best would be to get a job for 450€ per month, so that you get the basic health care etc, buy "property" for a bout 30k in a shitty half empty town and work as little as possible.
Maybe it's doable. maybe. But it wont be NEET and it wont be without obligations.
