They're fat maybe but seriously besides inbreeding in Pakistan and some other countries you really don't see these same rates of mental illness and other problems in the rest of the world. People are just very quick to assume that someone has some kind of imaginary defect here. Some random nurse thought I had down syndrome because she thought my eyes were a little spaced out when I was born I guess. Our family doctor said later after looking at me that she was an idiot and I turned out fine. Counselors at high school tried to get me put into special classes too because I wasn't very sociable as well.
