Hi user

>Hi user,
>Thanks for your application. After reviewing your work and experience, it doesn't look like any of the roles we have open are a good fit right now.

>your country
>how many times have you received this message

I just got this message like 2 months after I applied, had totally forgotten about it
It was at a grocery store, even though I have almost 2 years of grocery store experience and worked numerous different positions in it. I put all the right keywords about it onto my resume and application
It's all just a bunch of bullshit

>It was at a grocery store, even though I have almost 2 years of grocery store experience and worked numerous different positions in it.

I only get feedback when the response is positive. Maybe it's because I'm only currently looking for shitty entry-level jobs?

are there reallly enough jobs for everyone between the ages 16- 70? sometimes i worry people outnumber amount of available jobs...

The shitty entry-level jobs here require 3 years of experience.

More than I care to remember. Thing is though it never bothered me much because being a NEET is comfy. Looks very likely I'll end up with a job in a week or so though.

Once

Some retarded recruiter asked me for an interview (already employed) didn't want to disclose salary range.

When I was there I told them I have no interest in changing my current job if they're not willing to pay me at least 20% more than what I currently make.

Turns out this exceeds their maximum they were willing to give for this position so the entire interview was a waste of everyone's time.

In return i told everyone in my network not to seek a job there because they are not serious or professional as a company and their HR is incompetent.

>Apply for shitty part-time sales position at electronics store
>Get offer for full-time customer support and repairs job because of my education in computer engineering and because companies get tax cuts when hiring people looking for a first job.
Everything went pretty great.

There's tons of jobs. Just not very many good ones.

>Once
That’s cute. You must have a killer resume or something.

Flag.
Never.
I got every job I ever applied for. I even got a "respectable" full time job after 2 years of university without graduating. They didn't care that I didn't have the diploma, they only cared that I got the job done.

No I'm a software cuck and it's a currently high demand field.

I usually never apply to open job postings, people usually contact me directly on linkedin.

>tax cuts when hiring people looking for a first job
Seems like an interesting idea. What are the pros and cons of this

Comfy. I'm about to get a job in the computer department of best buy (major electronics store) and it seems comfy and the pay is pretty good.

i had about a month of messages like that from the start of my job hunt to getting my first salary job
i still get the odd rejection or recruiter call up offering some shit but that was about 4 months ago
i'm in England

here, with rare exceptions, they contact you only if you landed the job, unless you got the interview through an agent

it's actually comforting, knowing that the potential employer doesn't fulfill basic standards of courtesy, and you dodged a bullet

it sucks i hate looking for jobs

Kill me
2 months here
Yeah it’s good to know that you didn’t get it rather than to just be ignored but it still hurts.

Got 5 jobs with 4 applications in 8 years. I feel like a boomer.

1. Poland
2. I was never refused a job I applied for.

Probably because we're slowly on the way to become 2nd India in terms of IT job outsourcing.

Right entry level job in support (not call center tech support, like 3rd line of support) you basically have to be intelligent enough to be able to walk and breathe at the same time. You don't even have to have relevant education in the field.

source: I was that drooling monkey a few years ago, now I'm making good money despite the fact I have a degree in medicine.

Applied for 5 jobs in my life and got hired at each one

Fucking boomers, fuck, boomer genocide to make jobs for the young people who need it when?

2nd world truly is best world. Not a shithole like third world countries but you can still get jobs.

>please attach a cover letter

Attached: 1554151080981.png (934x1029, 269K)

come work in finland, we have high wages and demand

labour costs in IT in Poland are so compared to the western world that western corporations figured out that it's cheaper to shell out fat cash to basically train your workforce. For the first 2 years I had courses (each one like 5+ weeks) for pretty much every relevant technology out there paid by my employers, and I never had to sign any sort of loyalty agreement so standard practice goes like
>give me a raise or i quit
>okay here's your raise
>fast forward 6-8 months
>give me a raise or i quit
>we can't afford it
>quit, get a new job
>rinse and repeat

It's the wild west and everyone's profitting from it (western corporations from lower labour cost, employees because with a few years of experience getting a 3x national average salary is a no-brainer)

I wonder how many years before that bubble pops.

>programerko
AHAHAHAHAHAHA

>is it okay if we contact your previous employer?

Finland seems like a nice country but I think it would be hard to be a foreigner there.

If I were to go abroad I think I’d rather go to Berlin Dublin London or Amsterdam.

It’s more international there

I hate it so fucking much.

>why do yo want to work here
>i need money you dumb monkey

Swede here
I applied for over 150 no experience summer and part time jobs as a teen and always got declined at the absolute last second after being told ”You look like an interesting applicant”

Then when i was 19 i got in contact with a psychiatrist, they diagnosed me with autism not joking, clinical depression and adhd so now i live the comfy life

They will all (LITERALLY) be dead within our lifetimes bro. Imagine that world, I can't wait.

people like foreigners who actually came here to work

No, they will refuse to retire and modern medicine will make them live into their 100s.

15... maybe upped to 19 this friday

Attached: 1547774140430.jpg (633x905, 103K)

I’ve only had two jobs so far but I was accepted to both, so never I guess

0. Only ever heard: "Sorry, you're a good fit, but we have an even better fit"

Fuck it, user, you can't hit without shooting. Keep trying.

What credentials, fren?

I decided not to go to the winter semester in uni to find out what I want to major in. my plan was to work until september to save up a bunch of money. I've applied to 127 different places since november and I've only heard back from 16 of them, all telling me I'm not good enough. I've involuntarily been a NEET since december. fuck my life.

Several praktika in respectable companies, a part time job I've had for 4 years, Abitur with 2.8

I usually don't get a response at all.

1. flag
2. never. once i entered the labour force, ive alwaya been able to find work. im in hospitality, been at this job for almost a year now. gonna stay here for as long as possible and hopefully use my hospitality skills to work in europe, mainly Deutschland

Wait, Ausbildungsplatz? What region and profession?

>Abitur with 2.8
Oh my

>im in hospitality
What's that?

I don't know if I've hit 4 digits yet, but my rejections are in the high hundreds.

I am 28 with almost no work experience so it's not that surprising though

Attached: 1404078540870.jpg (600x334, 52K)

Yep, I'm 20, graduated last year and I'm still struggling to find a job. I'm hoping I can get a place this year. I've been applying all over NRW, and largely it has been IT-jobs or banking/industrial salesman

restaurants, cafes, catering, functions, events etc etc.

Ah.

Maybe study (work until you get those Wartesemester) and get better grades, sorry you got a 2.8, that might be annoying for now.

25 and haven't been able to find a job in a year, I live with my parents.
I'm unironically starting to think I should go live with the amish. I really don't like the modern world, I'm christian and I love to work outside

No, came back from the uk after dropping out from uni and got the first job I applied for

I don't really think the issue is with my grades. Most companies I applied to let me do assessment tests (which I nailed with no problems). The issue is in my communication skills since I'm somewhat socially awkard and I always fuck up in the interviews.

do you get a lot of international people working in hospo over there? in my restaurant we've had so many euro backpackers come and go, just wondering if it's a similar circumstance in Deutschland or europe as a whole

remember to call them guys, many recruiters will go with the one who saves them the most time

>call
what do you mean?

None.

Attached: What I wanted I have it, even if people die in the process.png (696x720, 366K)

Oh that might be it then.

No idea, I'm not familiar with that, but speaking native level English should be a plus.

sweet, makes me rather optimistic. im studying german at uni as well so im excited to work on that as well. uni can only take you so far, the true assessment is living in the countrt

Don't listen to his jewishy lies. Stick yourself there, and work for a london company away to gain 10x times the salary

There aren't a fixed amount of jobs in an economy, retard. Do you understand how markets work?

Involuntarily unemployed niggas rise up
Inum uprising soon, brothers.

Yeah I will. At this point I’m just going to start mass-applying for jobs.
“Just call hr ladies and become their friends so they advocate for you”-my normie employed friend

this is why we need communism

We just need to genocide "career-oriented" people.

>Norway
>Every singly application I've sent since I turned 16, I am now currently 22 and every weekend I send out more.

what have you been doing in the meantime? 6 years is a long time my dude.

>apply for a job
>decide not to attach a resume because it was optional
>link my portfolio and github account
>get invited to a phone screen and passed
>get invited to the on-site
>pass all the whiteboard exercises with ease
>now waiting for a response

This is the furthest I've ever gotten towards a real full-time job. I wish more employers would disregard or put less weight on resumes.

Oh if you do that and study event mgmt or something you shouldn't have a problem, but don't expect a high (entry lvl) salary. Maybe 30-35k. Tourism is one of the sectors with lower salaries.

I've thought about this before. And I really hate that type of person. You can talk about class or racial based privilege all you want but nobody seems to understand the TRUE privilege comes from individual genetics; it's is held by people who have a natural inclination to being energetic, socially adept, etc.

>Apply
>get a call to come in and interview (busser job)
>Get there
>There are literally 7 other people there
>Interview time was between 10am to 3pm, so who knows how many other people came that day
>There was ONE FUCKING position open
>Had no restaurant experience
>They say they'll call me
>Never do

>currently have 2.1 (expected) on my CV for my degree's grade since I got good results in the first semester
>last semester's results will be out next week and will probably knock me down to a 2.2
>NEED to get a job soon to pay my rent
Big oof

Attached: 1474925511004.jpg (1280x720, 84K)

literally never, maybe because i pretended only for some shitty positions.

The U.S. currently has a minor labor shortage, actually.

>grocery store
you are not even human then
if can't do anything more valuable than that with your life you shouldn't be allowed to exist
I can't way for the day when all the people like you will finally become obsolete and you will be forced out of society even more to live in squalor and slowly rot away you piece of shit

I must know what you do for a living. What is it.

Going for a degree because I was unsure and pressured by parents so they can boast about it in my shitty hometown was a mistake. I should've gone for the apprenticeship offered by the oil digging company when I was like 18. Now I'm 27 and suffered through my semesters believing that I might do better next time are such a waste of time. My former peers already had their own house, kids, stable jobs with good cash to live here as a middle class while here I am, still struggling to land a stable job with a good pay with no experience as during the intersessions, I've reworked on my grades believing it would change something but it doesn't. I've wasted so much time. Might as well just be a tranny somewhere in thailand up to this point and leech the boomers.

I did it while I was in high school you autistic faggot

Never :^)
but then again, I've only ever applied for interviews like 3 times in my life

Twice in the last 2 weeks

Fuckig kill me senpai

>apply to shit entry level job
>why do you want this job?
Because I need money, you cow
>where do you see yourself in 3 years?
Hopefully not working at this shit job lmao

Once for a throwaway internship. Wasn't that big of a deal I guess. Would have likee the experience though

4 times last year
11 times this year
it looks like my future is destined to be the comfy neet future wifeless, childless and lifeless after reaching 30

Attached: 19824349.jpg (432x252, 88K)

Apply to like 30-50 at a time you dolts

There are literally 100s of jobs within a 30 minute drive of where I live posted on indeed every single day. I can't even be assed to apply to all of them. Of course these are entry level. Currently I get $15/hour and 70 hours a week between two jobs. Still in college, jobs totally unrelated to my degree which is comp sci

Based

I'm getting a message from a really good job tomorrow where I fucked up the interview, they are going to reject me tomorrow and it will crush me. I'll post the email I get from them then

Same, but they said "end of the week"

>4 times last year
>11 times this year
that's not a lot, youre choosing to be a neet tbqh

Post yours too

it'll be copy pasted. Theres 30+ applicants per job. Its chance. finally got one and didn't get a single lesson out of it. Just got a random call after 3 months from a job i applied for at the start. A literal retard could have passed the interview.

>choosing to be a neet
kinda guilty

Attached: 1560183234322.jpg (612x408, 29K)

USA
I don't know like 10? 20 at the most.
I've only ever had 3 jobs, Waiter when I was a teen, a home depot employee (got up to assistant manager before I quit, I'm still very proud of it), and plumber now.

Russia
90% of my attempts to apply for a job end up either with a message like that, or my application just gets ignored

this but a 1st expected and will probably get a 3rd
