Did it for the wife, but I like the mormon community and culture and want my kids to be raised in it. I don't actually believe in it though. Also my parents disowned me as a teen and fled back to London after I apostatized so it feels like I have a big family again

I believe in the perfect form and objective truth in reality, if you would like to call the collection of all truths/forms to be god then yes I believe in the highest possible potential but I am by no means spiritual

No. Despite being raised by atheists, I have always felt the spirit of God. I was baptized into the Mormon church once I moved out, and my faith has gotten me through many challenges and ruts so far in my life. I never needed proof of a living god, for he communicates in a different, much more personal way.

If there is a god, I think of him as some kind of higher power who designed and engineered the way how evolution works instead of the bullshit that is described in the bible. People who think believing in (the christian) god means that you have to believe in creationism (or anything else that is in the bible really) are retarded.
