i left in my 3rd year cause the professors were shit and there was no education.
Only toilets are squat ones and the plumbing is old so sometimes the shit and piss get clogged and the entire school stinks like shit.
One time the plumbing on the outside burst and cracked the pavement outside and there was just a massive pool of piss, shit and other sewer water stuff on the courtyard for several days.
There are cats inside and they shit everywhere, i had to clean cat shit myself because the entire class stank of it and the '''cleaners''' didnt bothered picking it up for 4 days.
The professors are garbage and only care about collecting their government subsidized tax money.

It depends. I don't really live there so I wouldn't know, but from being there quite a lot I can say that its slow paced and calm. (This is coming from a Stockholmer perspective).
If you like small cities/big towns it should suit you quite well.
The only problem is that there's this whole groping thing going on there. Women aren't that safe out at night there anymore from what I heard but if you're a male, there should be no problem.
