Thirdies aren't bothered by stress the same way firsties are. You can see when thirdies set up life here in USA. They don't care about using welfare or hurting the larger country, as long as their community/family are happy, then they are happy. They don't care if their kids work simple jobs here in the USA as long as they are happy and treat each other nicely.
Most stress is caused by loneliness, conflict with your family and friends. Thirdie culture is based on helping your family and having a lot friends, so the primary cause of stress is not very present in the third world. They don't feel bad working bad jobs, but for a firstie that shit is shameful.
Money stress is not really stress, it is a technical problem and not an emotional one. There is industrial and non industrial 3rd world. China for example is still very much 3rd world but their people work hard like bugs.
