sometimes maybe you might see a coa that's blue stamped with golden circles and you might think "I'm gonna turn this into a blue flag filled with golden circles" but the description says the coa has 10 circles, so the correct thing would be only 10 circles

quick question, when you look up CoA's do you only look at English wikipedia or do you check out French one as well? Cause there are some that are absent on English wiki but on French wiki
