Singapore is largely English-speaking, conservative, and very wealthy because they don't have the regulations like we do in the west. I think its also much easier to get a visa/residence than Japan is. In fact Japan might be one of the hardest countries in the world to get a visa.

Invest in the east, countries like Poland are benefiting the most from the west going to shit, that's why they have full employment now. Real estate in post-commie Euro countries is a much better investment than your shitcoins given that their economies are going up while France and Germany turn to shit. Buy something there and in 15 years it will be worth twice as much.
