what do you do when they both fail?

that doesn't work, but try it anyways

Doesn't happen.
It's called hedging, bro, look it up.

literally troll physics irl, made 800k this past week with it lmao, for the people disbelieving, stay poor faggots, you won't know until you try it.

>doesn't happen
I guess total market crashes are pretty rare.

What platform do you use?

Shitmex. Best part is, you if you do it right you even get paid for your swap position.

>create a hedged position
>one side eventually gets liquidated
>once one side is liquidated the position is no longer hedged the liquidation price becomes your average entry price
Congrats you just reinvented fomo buying/selling with double the commission.

Except literally every single pump and dump in the past 3 months has been big enough that fomoing in the middle was totally worth it and entering with a hedge makes it basically risk free.

Sure, losing 5$ and making 5$ is 0 and not a zillion.
Yes, this is possible in certain situation with different kind of certificates and options.
There are videos out there that explain that on an Amazon stock period, where everybody expected that the Amazon boss would call a good quarter result.
With certain tools of an experienced trader, the guy showed that in this particular situation with a BET on something that will be 99% true you could make like 100k on a million in one day.

But it rarely goes that way all the time and such, only those you can drop away 1 or 10 mil do this. It makes much more sense to take a stock thats going up forever like Microsoft or something in that ilk to put the money in and just wait 20 years.
