That's not what happens. You (maybe) get a phone call then it goes through after a bank officer lets you know all the fees on the proposed transfer, then clears it and lets it through. They also cannot legally refuse to service "right wing nut jobs" if they want FDIC backing.

More likely you'd get a personal visit by a banker asking you to invest in their CDs and securities. $100 million is a lot of money, why would the bank want to waste it with pointless wagecuck fees?
