They haven't added any tasks to Pivotal beyond the 26th of Aug for a few weeks.
They've definitely been getting to the meat of the project this past month or two.
I'd say Sept its functional with no frills, but id bet it stays on Ropsten / Kovan for a few weeks or months prior to launching on Eth main net.
