example country wishes to have transaction data for taxation purposes
example country issues a court order to obtain said transaction data
bp complies
everyone is taxed and regulated

One BP can't force the rest to comply. Transaction data is transparent so anyone can collect it on their own. What can they do with it though? They can't easily tie transactions to individuals, at least any more than with Ethereum or BTC.

Even I see sending tx for every action is retarded, blockchain is not made for this, any real games that requires 4-10 actions per second will completely crash network with 20k people playing and it will require sharding and eos isn't capable of sharding lol because redownloading whole blockchain every day will require redesigning whole internet and thats not happening because someone wants to play vidya when there is already working solution in place.
