We are not? Ethnical Walloons are light brown/blonde. You may be mistaken with Italian diaspora which is everywhere, especially around Charleroi and Liège. Have a look at Walloons from Namur or Brabant, they're much whiter. I'm blond and have blue eyes myself and most people I know have similar features.
