I'm still trying to prove the link to CL cause that's the least convincing part to me but if CL really is involved with this company as the mutual partners and smart contract cube it could be to upgrade the KSI to handle more things. From what I've read it seems more limited in scope than CL no?

Sounds exactly what chainlink is doing but their product, KSI, is a blockchain and not a "plugin" like link. It also seems to be older than chainlink.
