Why do you think your business is worth 200K?

Why do I believe I will $200k? Based on other light show company crowdfunding campaigns and having a vastly superior product.

SHOW ME 200k IN SALES FOR THIS YEAR OR I'M OUT

NO TENDIES FOR YOU
>B-barbara
I said NO TENDIES REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

EDM is for counter strike videos not for light up clothing. remember LA lights?

If you study the product you will understand how much it will raise.

Read our top selling point.

stop trying to raise money and go get fucking revenue

I can't get sales yet, that is what Kickstarter is for. I need this money to improve our prototype and build our campaign. I have gotten $40,000 so far and just need $10,000 more.

Base your valuations on free cash flow.
SO I’M JUST SUPPOSED TO GIVE YOU $10,000 AND YOU HAVE NO SALES? SQUASHED LIKE A BUG
Tell ya what kid: I’ll give you the $10,000 for 5% BUT I want a royalty of $100 for each light show until I get my money back, then I drop the royalty.

Previous light show products have raised a loton crowdfunding. Your money will also be replayed right away if we fund.

I can do $10k for 10% if that helps.

This isn’t crowdfunding. This is an investment. Half the value here is that you get a shark on your team. I don’t care what others raised, I care about your free cash flow.
If you can repay my money then why do need it in the first place?
WOAHWOAHWOAH if you even look at anyone else my offer is gone. 5% $10k plus $100 royalty on light shows that drops off when I get $10,000 in royalties.
10... 9.... 8.... better make a decision, I’m almost out.

you never responded to my email from last night :(

2... 1.... zero OP.
It seems like you can’t make a decision and in business that’s pretty important so for that reason, I’m out.

kek. Kevin is the best shark.

Your the social media guy?

Agreed.

Sorry I mean the web dev.

you should consider marketing to party organizers/party brands (like drinks and such) and having a smart glove that can be synchronized with other gloves, so all the gloves in the venue light up the same on the beat of music for example.

>Finger LEDs
I'm out

Why don't you just make a finger LED blockchain network

We actually allow this already. Events won't be willing to pay for it though.

LED glove coin.

first time i heard of this scene. i don't know for what kind of investors you're shooting for, but i needed some time an extra research to grasp what your trying to sell.
other people might not take that time/ don't give a shit about your idea at that moment.

OP, the most critical feature your gloves need to have is Bluetooth connectivity & 2-3+ hour battery life.

Anything else, won't make you stand out in the crowd.

Also, make sure someone can use their smartphone when the gloves are on. This is critical. If the gloves aren't on, you are losing free advertising.

Is English your first language?

So it's an arm microcontroller and a few voltage regulators running leds on a glove? Where is the actual description of what this is and supposed to do?

no

He's basically making a product that already exists from several other companies but thinks his company will rise above the rest...for some reason...Peter Thiel once taught me if you product isnt 10x better than someone elses youre a piece of shit and should kill yourself

well said lol

>reporting to first /biz post since 2009
>feels good man

It's 20 times better.

It's in one of the pictures.

So I need to cut it down.

20 !== 10

doomed to fail

a general introduction to the community and it's events would have been helpful with some youtube videos or something like that

I included my main competitor on Shark Tank in the market share breakdown. Is this enough or should I include more?

Yep!

I've read the summary first, so that's where I wished for more information. I looked at the competitor link and from then on went to their facebook and found out, that there are community meetings and artist with own facebook pages and so on.
So when you're already talking about EDM you should make a shortcut for people like me, so they don't have to do this on their own.

Good idea.

Anyone willing to do $1k for 2%?

Bump

Don’t focus on what your product is, focus on on Cost of acquiring customers vs the net lifetime customer value

No one cares about the product

HAHAHAHAHAAHAHHAHA

Anyone with credentials that knows what there talking about in this thread?
