I can assure you that it's a dogshit hospital. I used to work at one. I had to go from room to room and check equipment and found a doctor sitting at his chair smoking a fucking cigarette. He quickly put it out like I didn't see it when I opened the door. I saw the smoke. Be aware that this computer room he sits in is in the main hallway to the ICU.
