you've come to the right place
well first you do an ICO
Hmm, says the user with no ambition or imagination.
1 land
2 a permanent population
3 international recognition
Probably laws too. All of those are gonna basically help point 3 which is what really matters
Your capacity to exert and monopolize violence

>Ms Finlay said for anyone looking to set up their own fiefdom, the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States set out the classic criteria for statehood that is recognised at an international level, including:
>A permanent population
>A defined territory
>A government exercising control over that territory
>A capacity to enter into relations with other states
Interesting.
It's really kind of immoral to not have land dedicated as a free for all. No matter where you go you'd be subjected to laws.
the simple answer to that is free for all cant be dedicated
Commie faggot. Land is priced in btc
What about a decentralized country OP, have you heard about Decentraland ?
Tell that to Kowloon Wall City
You're not the first to think of this. The guy who said land, population, and recognition is only stating part of it. You need to think about the possibilities that you get ill, you get robbed, or your house catches fire. How do you manage all of these?
You could be like the micronations that exist and exist only in name, so not actually being a country. If you own some land and live on it and call it a country you are just accepting failure.
You could, alternately, find enough people who are into your project, have enough money to fund it, and start a small colony somewhere. Nobody's done that since Jonestown for a reason.
The one that got demolished?
That's not a very good example.
3 international recognition
All you need is Israel recognition
Constitutional law theory recognizes a state through cumulative identification of (1) a territory, (2) a population and (3) sovereignty
>Do ICO for countrycoin
>Owning coins gives you ownership of land inside a bigger land that is the country
>Get everyone to buy your shitcoin
>Then u sell your hidden premine and dump the market
>Then everyone realizes no coin was needed to claim land at all
What's stopping Jow Forumsraelis from buying firearms and a bunch of land in venezuela and starting a white nationalist enclave with our own manufacturing industry?
man that would kick ass. Good luck with the commie jungle guerrillas and drug overlords though
I learned about this pic in architechtire class but forget all about it.
Probably the government of Venezuela and their allies, and maybe the UN.
OP is an idiot
its free to those that can defend it.
claim any land to be your land, if you have the fire power to keep it, its yours. just look at israel. or even isis have a hold in the middle east
but they arent internationally recognized.
This
conquest
subjugation
governance
if you have to ask, you cant afford it
>its free to those that can defend it.
no thanks. every day of your life would be spent looking over your shoulder.
I plan to make a country once I make it. The government will basically function identically to the US government but congress will be limited to two terms, six years each. It will mostly run on solar and the main currency will be a cryptocurrency that I haven’t fully decided on, but it most likely be Bitcoin. I will encourage people to move to it by having cheap housing and small crypto handouts to the residents to begin to create an economy.
