don't be an idiot, don't cash out out in the open

solution: never cash out anything that you don't NEED

Pay it. It's only 20 percent here.

How much is it where you are?

Honestly I wouldn't bother avoiding it up to past a quarter.

Best advice. If you're going to cash out into the government's money, then play by the government's rules and give them their (((share))).

YOU'LL NEVER TAKE ME ALIVE COPPERS!!!

*shoot up entire squad with my AR-15™*

>salaam alakhem brothers, I already gave 20% to my imam
>alright brother, you're free to go

it is actually a 40% tax,
20% to cash out and 19.5% VAT, when you spend them

hahaha top kek

Scotland. It's the same as you. I don't understand why you think the government is entitled to a "share" of my degenerate shitcoin gambling...

Can I claim a tax rebate on the ones I'm down? Good luck with that.

>tfw my govermnent decided crypto gains aren't taxable

Only withdraw at the time of the transaction. Secure gains in stable coins.

> tfw my government never decided
I'm just gonna play dumb. Worst case I pay a fine because tax fraud isn't even considered a crime in this joke of a country.

You just have to much to a country without taxes and withdraw your money there.
Then one or 2 years later you can come back in your country and do whatever you want with those funds.

Well for me I've made 150k from btc and wouldn't have this if it wasn't for my student loan. Probably wouldn;t hvae gone to university if it wasn't fr loan. Probably would have been homeless as my mum was on benefits 24/7.

I don't mind paying desu as I know I'd probably be dead if people didn't pay for me when I was younger

If I make it I'm going to some tax free.place and renouncing citizenship

But they used legitimate vehicles, insured methods that are covered, or at least refundable through tax through losses.

You had none of that. If you walked into a casino and made money, do you think you should pay tax on that?

The funny thing is that you could kill all of them if you had a shotgun since they are all unarmed. UK cops are a joke and more harmless than an angry chihuahua

No. I consider buying bitcoin an "investment", not gambling.

Sure you do, buddy. But Mr Taxman doesn't consider that, but he'll happily take your goybucks

Wait for Trump to abolish the IRS and income tax.
Idk if capital gains goes away too, I think it plays some role in market stability, but I've never researched it.

you fucking cheap nerd. there are accountants, use them to reduce the total tax you pay and then pay some to the tax man so he shuts the fuck up otherwise you're attracting unwanted attention. if you don't like it, go petition or protest for it you useless fag.

You seem needlessly aggressive. I'm not talking out of my ass here, I have close family working at HMRC who have verified this with people within.

BTC, and other crypto, still, does not fall under the current tax literature, and ergo is not taxed. (in the UK) Mainly for the reasons outlined before, that in order to qualify it would also have the provision of being discounted on a tax receipt. Which they wont do.

There could be something coming out soon that changes all this though because all we do have at the moment is a pretty unclear report from 2014.
