They've got a decent size team (~80 IIRC), okay communication with the community, a working product (Brave + BAT donations at the moment, more to come), and a really interesting and potentially game-changing idea (re-do the entire online advertising system). Not to mention the Coinbase listing rumors (who knows when, but seems inevitable).
Drawbacks to BAT:
- seems to keep retracing to ~20 cents in the bear market
- requires mass adoption to succeed (main opposition is Google, the biggest heavy hitter possible)
- BAT would work best as a token with little volatility, negating the possibility/need for price "mooning"
- many more
Use your own brain to figure out if you're interested or not, but I'm bullish on BAT longterm.
