This is correct, but sounds like "Who are you looking forward to meeting this summer"
Maybe what you meant was "Who is looking forward to summer?", then "誰が夏が待ち遠しい?"

You meant "It started raining here, but hot weather hasn't prepared it yet", then "こちらでは雨が降ってきたくせに暑い天気はまだ来ないです". And you should not say "こっちら", it might sound a kind of "うちら(we)", but is really hardly used.

This is a real conundrum for me, I meant "機械する(to do machine)". "昨日は私はスイカを持っていったけど機械がない。" sounds "Yesterday I brought a watermelon there but there wasn't the (juicer?) machine.". Was it what you meant?

I meant to say I wanted to buy a watermelon but didnt have the opportunity
