Nope, we don't really hold a grudge against Russians who visit Poland because we never had any bad memories with Russian national minority, simply because it never existed in Poland.

There are three types of Russians in Estonia:

1. Old ex-ussr bydlo factory workers and real "Aliens" who don't want teach Estonian language and hate Estonians. Most of them also c*mmieshits.

2. Their children. In most cases, they know Estonian and do not hate Estonians. They usually work in low-paid positions.

3. Russian immigrants who knows Estonian (or English) languages and works as IT-specialists because IT sector in Russia is shit.

The first two types usually face discrimination.

A lot of people, especially who grew up in soviet times, can't or just don't want to learn the language. Or even if they know they prefer not to use it for most of time.
But most of the people don't care, or even if they care they can't just forbid us to speak russian.
I served in Estonian military and I was openly speaking russian with other russian conscripts, and no one can do anything about it no matter how much it piss them off.
