But its not really a rivalry since the civilized and rich north always kicks the shit out of backwards and primitive south no matter if its sport event, educational competition or something else.
Southerners are unable to develop properly despite massive amounts of money and investments they get from tourism and other economical advantages they have from sea. Its their laziness, corruption and african tier mentality left from their turkish overlords that keeps them down.

I visited and both the north and south were very nice hospitable people similar to home
