My supervisor is freaking nosy can't tell if she secretly likes me ir is just nosy, not interested in her either way. Still nosy after I became distant. The first time I had an interview she kept asking and asking. Possibly on Monday she will start asking and being intrusive. All I can think of saying is that "It went well." and immediately change the subject. If she tries to redirect it I can say "There isn't much to say, it's just an interview." Once again attempting to redirect.
Anons what advice do you have?
She only knows because we get paid for internal interviews but have to inform our immediate supervisor/manager to take advantage of this easy pay.

After you tell her there's something on her face and she gets taken aback by this and asks "what? where?" you falcon punch that hoe right in the jaw while screaming at the top of your lungs "IT WAS PAIN!". Works 100% of the time.

you need to study the boomer phrases, a simple "it is what it is" can go a long way, but make sure you really brush up in case she presses further

She does not secretly like you. Supervisors have different ways of leading and she is probably doing this to show she cares about her subordinates.
The 1000 IQ, 3D chess play if it bothers you so much: ask if she could give a feedback session of how you are doing and how you can improve and then see if she will naturally ask for reciprocal feedback about her to which you can bring up, jokingly, that she is a little too intrusive and that you are the type of person who likes more space. Don't criticize her character at all just mention how feel.

She doesnt like you in a dick hole way. This is good advice. But maybe you arent fucking very productive. She likes the fact you arent some cunt and doesnt want the replacement that will likely come.
My advice, try to catch her at her desk, look over her shoulder at something she is trying to show you and look down her blouse. No chance in hell there will be any areaola showing, but sill look in to the sun. Fap when you get home.
