How many JNT to make it in some years?
Jibrel Network
0 JNT and 1 BTC to make it in 2021
McAfee pls
Some explain me this... there is supposed to be a 200 million fund to be injected in the market cap. How will this happen? Surely the fund won't buy up tokens from public exchanges.
How will this increase the price of JNT?
Sheikh will LITERALLY market buy $200 million on Bibox. Place your sell orders accordingly.
Personally I'll be selling around $800. Thanks Sheikh
I have 50k
If dubs, $1000 EOY
RIP
if trips, $2
if singles $1
hah nice
They will tokenize assets on the blockchain , jcash already launched and it seems they already tokenized around 1 million dollars in euro, usd , krw, gbp.
you can already see it on etherscan :
etherscan.io
Interesting, thx user
So they tokenized around 1 million dollars and it didn't pump the price of JNT, right?
What's the point to have JNT?
They clearly haven't bought the JNT, these seem like placeholders.
>he's still holding onto ERC20 tokens
Next you're gonna tell me you hold LINK as well
How do you know they haven't bought it? They were probably accumulating JNT for DAO all this time.
That could be true. I haven't paid attention for a long time but I remember there used to be a suspicious amount of volume on the USDT pair, some thought that was them buying up JNT.
Possibly. My guess is that some fiat whale was buying in after Talal shilled on some conference.
The moment jcash alpha went live the price jumped up 10%
If you want to know details you have to email Talal personally....and wait for about a week until he finds time to respond. Blam the telegram niggers for the shitty communication there. I wouldn't give a shit about keeping that zoo informed either if I was on the team. Talal is an upright dude though, and if you email him like an upright dude, you'll find that he's quite willing to share information with you.
Spill the beans user, what did he tell you? At least in vague terms.
yeah give us a hint at least bros
I believe JNT will reach
$1 in 2018
$10 in 2019
$100 in 2020
so to answer your question, I think 10000 is the minimum to make it, and over 100000 jnt is overkill
$1 seems easily feasible. $10 why not.
But how JNT could hit $100 or more? I am curious.
And where the hell is wallet bro?
they already bought 10 million on gate.io back in may using the usdt pair.
Comfy with my 20k stack. Will buy more next pay check.
By tokenizing ~$1-2 billion coupled with a bull market.
>But how JNT could hit $100 or more? I am curious.
tokenized real estate market
also the wallet post was fucking pointless
Real estate won't be backed by JNT though.
TAL is *literally* our guy.
it would be backed by around 10% Jnt
Really? Thanks, I must have missed that. Could you point me to where they mentioned it?
>the wallet post was fucking pointless
Also this. What an autistic waste of time was it.
can you guys spread some fud. i want to buy cheaper
$1-2bn? I'm pretty sure it would get to $100 before then.
You're probably right, I intentionally chose conservative estimates.
This is most likely be as big as tether, how big is tethers marketcap at times?
The 'stablecoin' aspect of JNT is really small potatoes. The real vision of this project is a decentralizied autonomous bank on the blockchain. Basically they want to make a framework that easily allows one to tokenize any financial instrument or commodity without human intervention.
It's still a real longshot but if they succeed the magnitude of this project can't be overstated.
tether and ripple no?
Does anyone know if they have confirmed that the jCash in circulation right now is JNT backed?
That's why it could most definitely see $100 someday
Okay, for the people who kinda lost touch with JNT, here is where we are at:
- A lot of shit got delayed
- Some big projects will be using Jibrel in the Middle East (geographic focus) (unlock-bc.com
- jCash rollout happening right now
- jCash will be backed by 75% JNT (no more jBonds)
- All trials holding up perfectly under new parameters, despite bear market
- Banking for jCash not yet enabled, so for now it's just another stablecoin (no reason for a price increase or huge adaptation yet)
- Dev teams got scaled up and divided over the sub-projects (jWallet, jSearch, jNode, jCash etc)
- New main website, and subwebsites like jcash.network
This is shaping up nicely for Q4. Theoretically the token economics could start kicking in by next month, but I do not expect huge adoption until banking is live.
looks brighter than I thought.
Feels comfy with my 33k stack.
Considering on the long term the total supply will be 200 000 000 JNT, it would need to have a market cap of 20B.
Don't know if it's feasible, even a shitcoin like Cardano managed to get it.
Could you explain what you mean by banking? SEPA transfers etc?
jCash acting as crypto-fiat rather than a stablecoin. Imagine having a wallet with a bank address. You wire USD 1,000 to that wallet and 1,000 jUSD show up in there. Now you convert 500 jUSD to ETH in your wallet and transfer 500 jUSD to someone else. That other person now sends the jUSD to his bank account and receives 500 USD on his bank account.
Cash on blockchain, basically.
If you compare it to USDT, you have to exchange it to Bitcoin, send the BTC to your fiat gateway exchange, exchange it to fiat, then withdraw it from there to your bank account.
The difference between stablecoins and crypto-fiat is that the latter is basically legal tender. This is why Jibrel is taking so long, because obviously governments will impose much stricter regulations on these things.
In reality, I just don't see why cryptocurrencies would survive if crypto-fiat can be realized.
Good explanation, thanks! I grew quite apathetic after they delayed everything in the Q2 update, but if they can deliver this I'll be reassured.
by the way, is there any project similar to JNT in terms of scope and possibly partnerships (central banks tier), or is JNT the only one?
the second best lowcap gamechanger that could grow x100-1000 in the upcoming years
I've never seen any threads as informative and indepth about a project as JNT, but maybe I just missed them
you think jnt can reach 100dollars?
through the power of positive thought
yes
That'll be a 20B market cap with all coins in circulation. Go look up the market caps of last january. If JNT is ready and implemented to a certain degree when the next bullrun comes it's certainly possible. Not before 2021 tho, probably later
/thread
kek has already spoken on this one. sell now or feel his wrath
>In reality, I just don't see why cryptocurrencies would survive if crypto-fiat can be realized.
They would and they will. With standard crypto you sacrifice safety for freedom and with crypto-fiat the other way around. There is market for both, though crypto-fiat will be the one to likely go mainstream.
Chainlink unironically. I'm more bullish on JNT, but LINK is my second best choice.
Oh, and the great think about holding LINK and JNT is that they complement each other on a fundamental level.
It doesn't need a bullrun to moon. It only needs to actually work.
And remember how the solvency mechanism works-- an equivalent amount of JNT has to be taken out of circulation every time a crydr is issued. The more assets (this project isnt' just about cash, remember) get tokenized, the smaller the supply of available JNT gets.
Even trying to guess the price of this thing is a fool's errand. It either gets adopted or it doesn't.
>have enough fiat coming in to get 300k stack at these prices
>no clue when
>guarantee I will just barely miss the dip, fomo in at like $1, then watch as it crashes back to 10c
checked
You're the motorcycle guy?
Sounds all good but why do you need JNT tokens? Why should they increase in value? How can they remove tokens that are in peoples wallets?
Read the whitepaper moron
it's gotta be him. really sad how far this project has fallen. we use to have some many characters-- moto user, 350k JNT marine, frankie, datboi, hans, wallet user, the arabic shitposter, bouncy house user-- now all we get are a few replies and more FUD.
yeah. I'm fucking pissed about how long it is taking me to get paid. Literally started lurking in these threads in February. I have a meh stack at 33K but could have half a million if the price would fucking stay down which it likely won't. At the same time this could tank lower if btc gets rekt again. We were down at 7 cents a week or so ago
don't forget suicide user. rip
16k stack
Posting to say I never sold, even when being just'd to oblivion. I believe in this project, my trading group believes in this project, and I hope we all make it.
150k stack here, will add till 200k
I held all the way down as well. I was really tempted to dump when it pumped up to $.50 but I got cold feet. I think it's pretty clear that that particular pump was not organic (happened with 0 news while everything else was stagnating) and expect something similar to happen again.
I'm pretty sure you'll be fine, I remember you stressing out about getting paid in time since February and the only direction the price has went is down since then.
Same. I was thinking I should sell at .5 and buy more later but I was afraid of a price spike.
Yeah I'm very grateful for that. My stack isn't where it needs to be and my intention is to invest in 3 solid long term projects and then fuck off from crypto for 2-3 years. I would be happy with at least 100K JNT but would prefer 300K. We'll see. I do want to diversify a little so I'm not totally fucked of JNT fails
>then fuck off from crypto for 2-3 years
user, don't tell me you don't plan to sell the next 20kBTC bubble spike if we get one again?
That's not how BTC cycles work.
>the next 20k BTC bubble
2017 newfag
Op jnt is good but buy more link
They really do have a bunch of stuff going on right now. Yazan or Talal said that the jCash launch was a soft launch for stress testing and that they would open it to new regions relatively soon but you know how their timescale works.
They are used to back the crypto-fiat at a 75% ratio.
Let's say ETH is 300 dollars. You send 1 ETH to your jCash account and convert. 75% of that ETH goes to JNT (buying it on market), 25% go to cash.
The JNT stays locked until the jCash is transferred back to another asset (ETH, BTC, fiat). So if a lot of jCash is generated, a lot of JNT is bought and locked up.
There is no need to remove JNT from people's wallets, why would there be? Nor would it be possible.
If they go back to 1:1 I"ll probably do that.
Q1 2020, got it.
I cashed out half my 401k and used all my non-retirement money to buy a 470k stack at an average buy price of around $0.40.
Then fomo'd into link with mix of extra fiat and selling a chunk of my JNT stack when link was $0.60.
Currently have 280k link and 300k
Why am I such a brainlet
one day JNT cryptocurrency will be worth 10000$ per token.
Fucking hell
At least it's two good coins... absolute madman
Dude you'll make it for sure, be patient
Jesus dude. I'm in the Link/JNT Club too with 150K Link and 300K JNT but I didn't gut my retirement to do it.
Got a $12k loan coming some time next week or the following Monday.
If this is under 8c and req under 4c, by the time it arrives, I'm hoping to pick up 100k of each, desu.
If req and JNT go up though I'm just gonna buy more link.
>buying REQ
Don't bother buying a dead coin and get some stinkies instead.
Wouldn't do that, honestly. Nothing is guaranteed. I remember a guy on here buying JNT with loaned money at 40c. Don't be him.
The saddest part is the guy who bought JNT probably sold and now has a loan he can't repay.
Refreshing to see an intelligent, calm conversation about Jibrel. It is a solid project. I'm positive it will succeed in time and that all fellow holders will be rewarded for their backing and patience.
It'll be 2020 in no time.
I think this is the biggest post about JNT in months, and it's actually mostly civil. Feels good.
ouch
that was me. i fomo'd in with loan money but only spent 1/5th of the loan on it so i'm ok. also i'm getting about 50x as much money as the loan this year. would never have done that otherwise. calculated risk that just didn't work out in my favor. bought at 29c and when this shot up to 80c i thought we'd never look back and i was in the green for months and only went red when everything got btfo the past month or so. would never sell it though unless we got news that JNT just flat out wasn't getting adopted.
Okay that's not as bad as I thought, well done user. Yeah I held JNT this long on the basis that if it ever gets adopted it'll be fine, no matter how long it takes them.
Most of the people fudding it left the market entirely. Capitulation isn't a joke.
Or maybe they got so rekt, they stopped posting.
I hold 25k JNT and 5k TOMO but I feel JNT has more potential.
Almost want to sell these TOMO to buy more JNT, what do you think?
>TOMO
seriously, what the actual fuck is that shitcoin
