There's still more shorts than longs now while shorts have usually been 10ishk below for months. Usually they've squeezed quick this year but they're taking their sweet time now, maybe it really is different this time. I'd bet on a jump up followed by a post liquidation tumble if I had to, but something doesn't smell right with this.

What would be the 'safest' exchange to tether? I have accounts with Bittrex, Poloniex, Binance.
Might sound like a stupid question, but does Tether have its own wallet? And can you transfer it between exchanges? I haven't tried it ever.
