CSW forged documents, that’s true. But I think that’s only to exaggerate his very real part in the creation of Bitcoin in order to obtain the private keys, which he does not yet have. If he was the sole creator of Bitcoin he wouldn’t have to worry about that.

He stopped posting entirely after Hals death with his very last post being to try and clear his neighbor of being Satoshi.

He was doxed in late 2015, he was going to be exposed anyway, so he decided to come out in the way he did, to make it ambiguous as to whether he was really satoshi or some kind of elaborate fraudster.
