I fucked up. Bitcoin isn't going to hit $36k in January 2019, it's not until January 2020. That means RIOT won't hit its $175 peak until then. In the mean time, it's going to reverse split then it's going to split almost back to its original state. So the best price to buy is going to be like $2 after the reverse split. There is plenty of volatility to make great money in the mean time, but ultimately the best move would be just to hold until $175 in January 2020. With the reverse split and the unreverse split, it's basically like you bought at the equivalent of $0.30 and sold at $175. I'm pretty sure there's more than a year between the bottom and top, so you even get to use long term capital gains tax. That is unless $2 doesn't happen until after December. I don't know when exactly it's going to be, I just remember that around November-February is absolute hell for Bitcoin, so $2 RIOT is bound to be somewhere in that range.
I'm going to sell more $10 puts on LCI for 9/21. The IV should be up thanks to earnings, and the sucker's not worth less than 10 bucks.
Owen Parker
Third for my bottom bitch, LCI, the dirtiest, dankest, and damn cheapest on the market -- may Satan have mercy on those poor fools who buy the options that I write tomorrow.
Nathan Hernandez
i sold some already might buy some back if they drop low enough.. looking to sell some calls.. got some shares freed up since my other calls expired was thinking of trying to hit the 17.5 srikes but looks like 15 might have better return
Andrew Martin
The legendary Tesla and BABA ranges will not be broken
>i sold some already might buy some back if they drop low enough.. Yeah, I'd love to scoop some more up if it hits 12.50 or less. Hell, even 12.75 seems tolerable because I'll just write calls against them. >looking to sell some calls.. got some shares freed up since my other calls expired was thinking of trying to hit the 17.5 srikes but looks like 15 might have better return I'd totally be selling calls too if all my shares weren't already tied up in covered calls. I've only been doing 17.50 calls so far, I haven't checked the premium for $15 calls... I actually got assigned for a 12.50 call that expired Friday. I'm surprised it went through because the premium made the call unprofitable. I think $15 is a very realistic price target, but that's just what my gut tells me based on the P/B ratio.
Nathaniel Morales
wouldn't be surprised if it fell to $5
Lucas Reyes
>Yeah, I'd love to scoop some more up if it hits 12.50 or less. Hell, even 12.75 seems tolerable because I'll just write calls against them. i was talking about the puts actually i already sold some 10 strikes at .65 looking to buy those back if they get to maybe .15 or so i still have i think 900 shares

gonna try a new strategy of closing once i've doubled and then let the rest ride.

Luke Brown
>wouldn't be surprised if it fell to $5 why would it? please respond with something serious.. I've put alot of research into it and would really like to know if you found something i didn't see. Like i would like to have a well thought out post from you about why it would go lower at this point in time
Leo Carter
It has to go below what the return to normalization will be, which is somewhere between 7-12
Jordan Evans
Every time you post you treat LCI like it's your baby. What's so good about the people in that company, or are you just faffing around.
Dominic King
is this the new HMNY?
Jackson Collins
>It has to go below what the return to normalization will be, which is somewhere between 7-12 thats really your response? wow ok. so you just look at charts? you never look at numbers? hmmm ok. thanks for your response i guess.
I do alot of research on select positions.. I have a high sucess rate over the years in doing so. I always appreciate the input.. if its actually legit.. most of the time it is not.. most of the time someone glances at a chart and goes.. meh.. it doesn't look good.. i ignore them and make money.. LCI i have put alot of time into so yes i do treat it like it's my baby because i have put alot of time into the trade and have been making alot of money on it.. do you not put any DD into any of your trades user?
Joseph Smith
can I buy Netflix yet? it's done dropping right?
Nathan White
yea its good now, FB too, inverted bunny ears soon
Carter Ward
the chart reflects the opinions of what the future numbers will look like, not what they currently are.
Aaron Myers
>most of the time someone glances at a chart and goes.. meh.. it doesn't look good.. I don't care about charts. I care about the people in a company. That's who I would bet on. This is a double-edged blade because following a cult of personality without digging deeper into the company and its employees would get you nothing less than what's happening with Tesla. But I am more comfortable with something like this rather than looking at just the financial makeup of a company. So tell me about the people in Lannett. Are they good for the job? There's a Chinese saying. Invest in the Man, not the company.
Zachary Martinez
LCI looks like a good choice. I don't like agreeing with big5 when he goes into shitty companies; but this is a good company. He's correct.
No. Hmny is actually going to peak $2 next summer, not bottom at it. Next year's volatility is going to be extremely profitable, but also risky because they reverse split multiple times. But man those 1000%+ runs are going to be fucking wild.
Luis Kelly
Short strangle officer can't into fundamentals and doesn't understand the inherent value of equity. If this bitch hit 5 bucks, that'd be a P/B ratio of what? 0.5? Unheard of. Somebody would buy it out. Hell, I'd find some way to round up the capital and buy it out; just scrap it for parts. You can't hit $5 a share on LCI.
Camden Rivera
sounds good I lost over the weekend on crypto like a fucking pleb so I need something back this week
Brody Nelson
LCI 5 yr is the same as the btc 1 yr chart
Aiden Evans
you better start believing in bubbles, cause you're in one. not like this company is in its first bubble, either. it has to hit 5 before it go to 1k
Kevin Carter
100 not 1k im fucking HIGH AS A KIKE
Evan Clark
if thats the case dont buy it I dont want bad luck crowding my stuff
Leo Smith
I'm down to 400 shares thanks to some dumbass exercising their unprofitable option on Friday. I don't want to sell anymore puts unless there's a dip or retrace. Either a pre-earnings shake out, or perhaps earnings shows them picking up debt to finance that new lab
>Apple LEAPs The short squeeze will be painful. FACT.
Liam Edwards
New CEO came in not long ago.. time will tell how well they will do.. So far they seem to be hungry getting distribution deals and acquiring more drugs and paying off debt early.. management seems hungry and aggressive more deals with come..
please just stop bro you are embarrassing
Owen Wilson
not going to lie earnings do have me a little worried but will be selling some shares and selling some covered calls leading into and keeping some shares to ride.. if it's a flat earnings ill be buying more shares a day or two after
Juan Sanders
>HIGH AS A KIKE Yeah, I can fucking tell. You're making stupid calls, famalam. This shit will never hit 5 bucks. You can screencap this if you want, I've got at least 5 grand riding on this call.
Justin White
>New CEO came in not long ago.. Timothy C Crew. January 2018. Certainly better than the old Bedrosian fellow, he was what, 70+ years old. I'll look into his history and see what he's done but if what you're saying is true then it is only a matter of time for LCI to shine. I'll wait for a dip and buy in. I don't do options trading, I buy stock and long them.
Liam Moore
Yeah, earnings are totally worrying me, but you're supposed to buy on fear and sell on greed. If there's a nice pre-earnings dip, I'm going balls deep with everything that I'm prepared to lose.
I mostly only buy stocks and go long.. i implement options into my trades in order to work the position a little more..
i'm holding tight right now.. i have entries and exits in mind of the course of a week or two also have options plays in mind for the next week or two.. price action and earnings are going to be a major factor will just have to react the best i can
Nathan Peterson
>I'll wait for a dip and buy in. I don't do options trading, I buy stock and long them. You missed the dip, dude Idk if this'll get below 12 bucks again
Me and planes are loaded with straight stocks and selling, not buying, options.
Nathaniel Scott
Fuck I want some Japan Gainz. Idk if i want to buy a small basket of stocks like honda/sony/canon etc or just an index fund
Michael Williams
>Idk if this'll get below 12 bucks again All I need is one red day and an automated buy offer set to take advantage of it. It's really a matter of patience, with stocks the strangest things that can happen, will happen. I'm not discontent to wait. With the market you'll only ever lose if you play the "what if" game, so you should always only look forward, not back.
Adrian Hall
>i'm holding tight right now.. i have entries and exits in mind of the course of a week or two also have options plays in mind for the next week or two.. price action and earnings are going to be a major factor will just have to react the best i can Same. Buying shares and selling puts for a pre-earnings dip. Buying back puts if it goes higher into earnings. Post earnings dip = buy, buy, buy Should probably get some puts in before earnings for some IV cash, but I don't want to sell puts if it's going higher.
With how high that short interest was though, this earnings could be what sets off the powder keg.
What I really want is a nice pre-earnings shake out, and then that powder keg going off. That's the dream, so I need to refine my gameplan for the alternatives.
Logan Brooks
thats kind of my plan too lol I've seen some high short interest stocks like this miss earnings by a little then dip just a tad and then take off
Never know whats going to happen.. i do know that if bulls hold those shorts are fucked.
Nolan Mitchell
Thanks for the 5 g's. I'm betting against you.
Asher Martinez
I'm gonna grab me some popcorn. 7 days till LCI earnings report.
Thomas Allen
IMO the action starts a few days after earnings
Nathan Scott
You mean the day before the earnings report, the day of, and the days following after. Don't dismiss the build-up. This ought to be juicy.
Hey biz can we all stop shit posting and work together to make money? If we got serious and worked together im sure we could turn a profit.
Josiah Green
They're already at 50% short interest. How much higher could it fucking climb? The shorts are going to get locked out. I bet some are hanging on, hoping for this bitch to bomb on earnings, like an actual bankruptcy risk. Didn't some get in at like sub 12.50? There are shorts falling for the sunken cost fallacy, and they're getting locked out. My only question is when they're going to cut their losses or if we can expect liquidation.
Robert Flores
how about you cut the non-specific bullshit and tell me what information you're eventually going to try and squeeze out of me? we'll cut a lotta tip toeing around the bullshit that way, cunt
Their economy as whole is going nowhere. Their chart over the 20 years is telling. But They have interesting companies displaying growth and for example, I am considering Fast Retail. Do your DD

Good morning /smg/. I'm back from holidays but hopefully I have the four chins to cheer me up at work.

Japan has been stagnating for decades. It's funny how everything there looks high-tech, but in a 80s way.
Adrian Baker
>all the parasites that live in it. You mean the African "refugees" ?
You know the order terminals in fast foods that just appeared in the US (or 15 years ago in Europe) ? They got them since the 80s, and they are still in old white plastic with neons inside.
Aiden Rodriguez
>15 years ago in Europe errr no I think Europe is at the same stage in terms of modernization as the US
Nathaniel Rodriguez
>errr no But yes. There has been order terminals in fast foods (at least) since I was in my mid-teens (tm).
Gavin Edwards
Oh ok But I can tell you that is not the case in France
Adam Taylor
It is the case in France, at least in most fast food places in Lyon and south-east France.
Isaac Thomas
Fast food chains, that is.
Aaron Roberts
15 years ago fucktard
Benjamin Hill
It was also the case you mongoloïd. Are you living in bumfuck nowhere or in some shitpit around Paris ?
Easton Watson
What companies do you think will see a 80% correction?
>80% correction >80% >correction user, that's not a correction, that's a revelation -- like, oh hey... These guys aren't actually making a fucking dime...
Regardless, SNAP, possibly P and SPOT, maybe FIT and GPRO I forget how unprofitable the last 4 are, but I'm fairly certain they've all had at least one red quarter.
Lincoln Gomez
how much should i invest at once for first time investing?
