HAHAHAHA

no proof the Coordinator could be removed so its a SCAM

nobody will use this centralized database LOL

Bosch unironically put IOTA on their Youtube channel. When a crypto project touts a large corp, that corp either ghosts them, humiliates them or makes it some distant thing like when that 3/10 side game starts talking to your real world friends. The biggest sensor company on earth is parading IOTA around in public view. VW has a proof of concept IoT thing going for 2019.

It's not a shit coin. People who think so do not understand the consensus algo (monte carlo), can't get over the coordinator being present (and easily ignored if you feel like it), and just honestly can't grasp the game theory behind why a trustless system is needed to get corps to get to the next level.

IOTA unironically paid money for a glossy futuristic video whose entire purpose was to say "We're going to make an announcement in a month".
TRX tier behaviour.

I was a believer in Iota but the times I needed to tether up on binance they always suspend withdrawals. I no longer fuck with it

You obviously did not see this article that proves IOTA is being led by children: cryptoslate.com/leaked-transcript-uncovers-fallout-between-iota-leaders/

I held IOTA for months. It's going nowhere until they mature up and prove it can work w/o the coordinator

i used to believe user....used to

All I can hear is babies crying when I think of IOTA after reading that leaked conversation.

The IoT is fucking retarded.

Oh cool so I need a shitcoin so my toaster can coordinate with my ice maker?

Please, go ahead and attempt to explain to my WHY we need muh internet of things and why IOTA would be needed to run this.

Cool video. Here's another video for you:

LOL.

>explain to me why
>posts a 28 minute youtube video of iota shills

Can you simply explain why IoT needs block chain technology? Why do we need an IoT? AI advancements will make IoT useless.

Why do we need that funny internet money, banks work fine. Why do we need smartcontracts, notary works fine. Why do we need digital IDs, copy of my passport works fine.

Educate me, how is your AI advancements doing micropayments

Machine to machine economy

That's just what we need. Machines buying shitcoins created out of thin air from each other.

What a time to be alive.

It's going to be big within 2-3 years and they will have multiple public Coordinators as soon as they manage to implement a protection for Coordinator attacks.

How else will autonomous vehicles for example pay for fuel and maintenance costs? Tip of the iceberg stuff but consider energy as value affecting running and depreciation costs for things that have a simple function right now. The machine economy is the next step along with smart contracts, big data, and internet of things.

I was at the CeBit this year and talked with the some Product Manager and R&D Enginners at the Bosch booth.

The IOTA - Bosch partnership is 100% marketing. They told me that they are not working together and everything was handled by the marketing team.
No know-how or technolgy is exchanged.

Why the fuck does that require iota?

Integrate Nano to your car. Or ETH, whatever. Why IOTA instead of these?

LALALALA I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!!!

>IOTA 4th industrial revolution
Kek the delusion in the air is so palpable I can taste it.

Was heavily invested in them for their oracle and mist computing plans. Found chainlink eventually and realised that cl basically does whatever iota is doing and is better connected

Iota is nice but idk how they're going to solve the timestamp issue

I'd suggest reading about the tangle as a start.

Doesn't IoT can work without blockchain?

That's not an answer. So let's try this again.

Why the fuck does that require iota specifically? Any coin or even direct fiat transfers can be used to transfer value in that scenario.

This kind of answer exposes the bagholder, kek

No one is ever going to use this "make your own hash algo, messy tangle, trinary logic" shit coin for anything. Because it will be broken all the time.

FLOATING REFUGEE CITIES POWERED BY NANO!

I once believed on Iota, but it died when some people lost HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS forever because they sent money to the same address more than once

sending money to the same adress more than onec is not a problem

shitcoin
did u try the trinity wallet? What a joke...

Which if you know anything about design or animation probably only costed them a couple hundred Euro

/thread and saged

IoT needs trustless microtransactions and data transfer. Try sending secure feeless data transactions with nano or 'any coin'.

Iota is one of the most fudded coins, because of its potentional. Selling data has a huge speculatieve value. Google, Facebook, Uber, Tesla, etc. are valued highly because of the data that they collect. It is attacked by cryptographers to fix their shit, you can't just say hello I think you did something wrong, you shout that they are idiots, to get the issue on their agenda. The Tangle is attacked continuously by their own community, in any possible way, to force the iota foundation to improve the Tangle. And it slowly gets better.

Brainlets parroting the FUD do not get this, and can fomo in later.

You retards need to leard the difference between fud and criticism

Any coin can be used without consideration for fees and speed. Iota is nascent tech but since the tangle is a unique concept in the way that it works, possibly an evolution of the blockchain, and since it's being designed to cope with micro payments for the m2m economy AND iota are the only team working on it except it to take time.
Critiques launched should include: proclivities of the team to get involved in social issues and become aggressive with opinions not fitting their utopian vision and the failure of the team to coordinate with potential value within these individuals. Criticism of the use cases is weak fud when there's clearly more to point at.
