I buy frozen vegetables if i want to make a wok

I do it as well
cheap and easy to cook

I do
package I bought last time said "mexican" on it
get over it faggot

You can make stir-fried mixed vegetables on a wok, but you can't make a wok out of frozen vegetables.

Yeah it's totally absurd and sounds really American.
We just buy fresh veggies in stores in person and cut them into pieces, then put them in the freezer of the refrigerator so as to get to use them later.

I do this, is really space friendly and i can avoid the vegetables going bad. Buying frozen vegetables doesn't mean you don't also buy fresh stuff. I usually buy chopped onions, bellpeppers and garlic, and pre cut wok stuff.

We don't eat vegetables

stfu private muttinsky what if one likes mixed vegetables but doesn't feels like buying 3kg of various shit

Some people do. My parents were based and never did that. We weren't well off but my mom always bought actual vegetables and fruits at the store.

I do this too. They retain their nutrients better than fresh vegetables you get in supermarkets and you don't have to commit to eating them before they spoil. The only way you will get more nutritious vegetables is if you grow them yourself or get them from a farmer's market where they're extremely fresh

I do it too.
It's hassle-free, it lasts ages in the freezer so I can buy it in bulk and it's hella cheap.
I can eat it by itself or with some brown rice, companies do different mixes so you don't end up eating the same stuff over and over again.
And a single bag (~500g) with some rice easily covers meals for the entire day.

Out of all the processed stuff americans eat you could criticize you picked the least-evil one.

>Freezing vegetables right after harvesting is better than buying fresh ones in stores

Nothing wrong with it.

Reviews actually found out that it's better than "fresh" vegetables that is laying around for days and loses vitamins in the process.

>better
No. But freezing retains nutrients very well.

" Results from studies that have compared the nutrient content of frozen and fresh produce vary slightly.

This is because some studies use freshly harvested produce, which removes the effects of storage and transport time, while others use produce from supermarkets.

Additionally, differences in processing and measuring methods can influence results.

However, in general, the evidence suggests that freezing can preserve nutrient value, and that the nutritional content of fresh and frozen produce is similar (2, 7Trusted Source, 11).

When studies do report nutrient decreases in some frozen produce, they are generally small (3, 8, 12Trusted Source).

Furthermore, levels of vitamin A, carotenoids, vitamin E, minerals and fiber are similar in fresh and frozen produce. They're generally not affected by blanching (11).

Studies comparing supermarket produce with frozen varieties -- such as peas, green beans, carrots, spinach and broccoli -- found the antioxidant activity and nutrient content to be similar (5, 13)."

mfw I realize my freezer is just a bunch of bags of green beans and a carton of ice cream

>invaded us three times
>stole our corn, cowboys, poinsettias, etc and called them their own
>made their illegal immigrants declare independence from us
>stole half of our country
>helped France the first time they tried to invade us
>helped our dictator in charge for over 30 years because he gave them all our resources
>tried to install a new dictator when we fought the one above
>took advantage of our poor for centuries, giving them special allowances in order to make them go there and work on the rail network, farms, etc
>blame us for the fact that they invited those mexicans over centuries
>biggest consumers of drugs in the planet, and drugs are cultivated in south america so they NEED to go through mexico
>declare the “war on drugs” because they are puritan retards spreading their cancer around the world, and in the process mostly jail blacks and the mexicans they invited in a disproportionate manner, to the point they became the country with the most prisoners in the world
>make us start a war because they can't either stop consuming drugs nor legalize
>70% of the arms cartels have come from USA
>ask us to deport central americans; and then proceed to blame the central american immigration on us even when we deport more than 90% of them; to then pretend we not only don't deport them but help them reach the US because we are evil; while saying we are hypocrites because we do deport them. At the same time
>use their global media to talk shit about us and create shit stereotypes
>made us their slave labor with nafta
>blame us for nafta as if it was a bad thing for them even though they gained over 4.2 million jobs because of it; obtained cheap things, while making our gdp per capita stagnate and destroyed our agriculture with their subsidized corn
>export their shit food culture and sugar infested garbage here

So what is the problem with frozen food in general?
It saves the time of households or even every human being in a manner of concentrating disperse workload and even with the aids of machines.
Those who complain about frozen foods should throw their washing machines away and build their cars by themselves by scratch, from casting bolts and nuts to tanning skins for seats.

This, they pick frozen vegetables at peak ripeness vs fresh produce they pick before its ripe so it has less nutrients. Frozen vegetables, brown rice, dried beans, lentils, are easy ways to make cheap meals.

gently kek'd

We make savoury curry with young banana trees.
Any fruit that's still young and cooked other than natural ripening process, we call them as vegetables.

So you are basically proving my post being valid, right?

I was trying to make a bait thread, nothing else.
