lets discuss new RTX cards! Price is quite okey i guess? It also might drops a bit with non-referent models? What r ur thoughts? Recently i've received a confirmation from a local labor office that they accept my application for non-refundable subsidy for unemployed person willing to open his first business. around 3-5-4k$ to spend on materials/utilities needed to run a business (according to business plan u submit during the application: i went for a cloud graphic rendering a IT business related services. After a year i can do what ever i want with company assets.. so i can mine for a year (i have free electricity) and than sell cards. mb some1 get triggered and will do the same. AMA if needed.
Anyway i have few concerns about the cards.. im aiming for non-referent (any guru miner can advice if it is right? referent gets better OC, but ive heard that non-ref. get better performance (TPD and etc..) as they are top models, i dont pay for them, and i can sell them a year from now (i dont have to, with 11GB ram i guess i can mine for the next 5 years lol). i have almost more or less 8-9k$ for mining rigs. lately, on local mining groups on FB ive noticed that used rigs starting to show up. was wondering if it is caused by people starting to selling the bottom (eth mining is pretty shit right now if u have to pay for elec.) or they want to switch to newer cards? i would be aiming for 8gb rx580 used mining rig..
Could be interesting since new features could be possibly used in new algos, but is at least a year out

as i said, i dont pay for those cards - labour office does. so there is no point of taking oldies like rx580/1070/1080 cos a year from now they gets only older. those 2070 are new top model so their price should be stable for next 2-3 years?

I guess a lot depend on AMD when it comes to mining since Vega is currently the best cards for mining with 1800-2000 mhs for cryptonight. If they decide to launch cheaper vega cards then that might change things.
