When i wake up and have my morning coffee everyday i can never finish the whole thing, it goes lukewarm/cold when i get to about a 3rd of the cup left and i end up not drinking it.

yes, this same exact thing happens to me every day. I usually make 2 cups every morning, but drink about 1-1.5 actual cups.

Surprisingly no and I think its because I worked out/ran almost daily and I had built up my caffeine tolerance by drinking about 4 cups a day for a few years so my heart was used to working. I also have legit ADD so maybe that factored into it as well.

This is the result of the high Total Dissolved Solids of the shitty water used to brew with.
Try brewing with distilled. But do not drink at least the first cycle through your brew equipment with the distilled. The shit from your tap water made mobile after concentrating is very dangerous.
Anyway, the coffee is not hydrating you when emulsed on top of high to medium TDS water.
Good coffee needs at least RO reverse osmosis near zero TDS or just buy distilled for drinking.
