i doubt it and i dont want to give my self diagnosis like a retard but i can tell you i have been diagnosed with lack of empathy. i can also tell you the symptoms of psychopathy and those of autism are surprisingly similar and that is most likely what you have

I think it’s plausible that a psychopath might start to suspect that he is one when he can’t understand why the vast majority of people behave in a manner which seems completely unreasonable to him.

if you were a psycho you wouldn't talk about the fact that you are one, and even less that you "don't know love" as for them its something they are quite happy about . it also means you would probably rarely post wojaks , you most likely took some test that told you you were a psycho and you believe it. its just that you lack love, not that you can't feel it.
