Guys I'm going to the (((pharmacy))). What supplements should a 18 yo take? I lift like 3 times a week if that matters.
I'm thinking of getting D vitamin and maybe some multivitamin.
Also /biz general supplement/ thread.

zinc
what does this have to do with business? fuck off back to fit
Why?
Get a large batch of modafinil and start a business or intensive day trading for a few months non-stop.
You will not get supplements worth eating anywhere brick&mortar except from an independent health food store.
Priorities: Zinc, Magnesium, both super good for testosterone, immune system and the latter helps muscle development
Less important but still valuable: Vitamin C, A, and D. But remember that you can get most of your naturally for example spend 20 mins in the sun without sunscreen everyday and that is more than enough of your daily Vitamin D intake. Eat kidney once a week and you get all the Vitamin A you need, and eat fruit/vegetables to get most of your vitamin C
Selenium: Eat two brazil nuts a day
everything else is usually not worth it.
You should spend your money on quality food. If you must, get some fish oil.
>t. 30 boomer
>Zinc
>Magnesium
>Vitamin D3
>Vitamin K2 (works with D3, both to be taken with fats)
>Cod Liver Oil (pic related)
That's my current stack, used to take creatine as well but don't prefer to at the moment. You could throw in some coffee + L-theanine for energy or ceremonial grade matcha for the energy + a shit load of nutrients from the whole leaf but other than that everything else is insignificant.
>fish oil
It's basically a scam. Something like 1 in 1000 people get anything from fish oil supplements. Just eat real fish
