Now, if you're wealthy, you can pay your way to the front - both figuratively and literally - so wealthy people often live along the public road (note, the country basically has two roads 1. Interior, through jungle 2. Public, which stretches down the coast
So, the front of the scemes often have gas stations/nicer houses and the back of the schemes are either farmland or poor housing (though exceptions exist and you'll sometimes find a mansion next to a shack)

Poorest citizen housing project, these cost about 9-10k usd total. Varies by state but in mine they come with garden space, hydroponic set ,seeds and training for side income from chillies,eggplant and the likes.
