I don't know well about world issue and I don't know about war, but I think the people are crazy. I think North Korea have to give up nuclear bomb. It is danger for North Korea and South Korea.
Anyway I don't know about war and world issue. But some Korean people think like above. I think that maybe US and other Europe agree that Japan punish South Korea now.
