I see a wide variety of homes on a daily basis and the McMansions from the 80s and 90s are always in the worst condition or have the shittiest upgrades. 90% of these homes would need a minimum of $50k in renovations to bring it close to today's standards. Yet they list it close to the prices of new construction. Which are often in more desirable locations. The writing is clearly on the wall. This shit is going to have a harsh correction in the upcoming years. Just HODL and buy something cheap with a massive down payment once shit hits the fan.
