I've been doing alright too. I've started working out a little and have been fairly consistent (push ups, sit ups etc).

I want to start working out but I really don't have enough motivation and the nearest gym is quite far.

I don't go to them gym for my workouts. There is plenty you can do at home, push ups, sit ups, "superman exercise" and other exercises you don't need weights in. If you get a dumbell you can also do curls at home.

How much time do you spend doing those?

Around 15-20 mins a day, not too much of a time effort. Also consider getting one of those grip strenght devices so you can work your forearm while browsing the internet.

Hmm, think I'll might start with some small excercises and then progress into harder stuff, maybe next week.

Your body feels considerably better doing some light exercises for a little while like those when compared to doing nothing at all. I noticed that my body was in somewhat worse shape than I imagined when I started. My back especially, that probably has to do with my not so good posture but i'm trying to fix that a bit too.
