I just watched the video and it's fucking ridiculous. The commenters are right.
The video claims our labor legislation is weaker than the US's. Wtf? We have an entire judicial system dedicated to work-related litigation (specific courts etc.) and truly one of the most advanced work legislation in the world. If there is one thing that works in the country, it's the labor court, and not even Bolsonaro or the recent reforms have been able to change that. Brazilians do not make a lot of money but they have many, many work rights that are usually respected by the employers who do not wish to be sued and fucked over (sometimes even if the employers do everything right they're still sued, and judges in Brazil will always favor the workers).
So the video is inaccurate.
